NIGHT DELIVERY (expect delivery at night 1 day before selected date)

Cutoff: 1:00PM 

Delivery Times: 6:00PM to 10:00PM

 

MORNING DELIVERY (expect delivery by early morning of selected date)

Delivery Times: 4:00AM to 8:30AM

Been ordering dear diet balanced meals since the first week of January 2025

Personally I love most meals from dear diet and here are some of my personal suggestions and notes:

- When I reheat the rice a day after the delivery date, it tends to get stale, admittedly you have your disclaimer about the food but it would be nice if the rice could goo past at least like a day old
- I suggest diversifying the daily fruits like maybe a banana? One can only handle so many apples. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the fruit especially the oranges but, a little diversity can go a long way
- I understand that the plastic containers are convenient but it can definitely pile up if you are a long term subscriber. I wish there's a way to do like a reusable container or like a way to recycle the plastic containers through dear diet

Pretty good selection of delicious food!

The menu is great and really makes me look forward to my meals everyday. It also saves me from worrying about my meals. However, for the price, I think it would be nice to be able to customize your meals (allergens etc) instead of having a one-size fits all approach so it feels more curated and intentional. Additionally, there are times when the food tastes a little spoiled since it was prepared a day ahead. Maybe preparing it just early in the morning of the same day would solve this problem.

just the right meal provider

Great-tasting food, healthy, menu varies weekly, and the drip coffee is the icing on the cake! Also, delivery time has been perfect especially since I am usually in bed by 8pm (very early bird customer here). I'm glad there is pescetarian option. Although more expensive than the other meal providers I've tried, DEAR DIET PH seems to be the perfect choice for me at this moment.
Their insulated bags are so useful I've used them when I traveled overseas recently. Really, two thumbs up for DEAR DIET PH.
