Food Storage & Handling Disclaimer

Upon receipt of the meals, the Client or the Client’s authorized representative shall immediately transfer and store the meals in a clean, sanitary, and properly functioning refrigerator or other appropriate storage facility. Meals must be maintained at the proper temperature and handled in accordance with safe food storage practices until consumption.

The Client shall be solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, reheating, and consumption of the meals after delivery. Meals should only be reheated immediately prior to consumption and should not be left at room temperature for an extended period.

Dear Diet Delivery shall not be held responsible for any spoilage, deterioration, contamination, food safety concerns, or other issues arising from or related to the Client’s failure to properly receive, store, handle, refrigerate, reheat, or consume the meals in accordance with the recommended food safety and storage procedures.

By accepting the meals, the Client acknowledges and agrees to assume responsibility for the proper storage and handling of the meals after delivery.
