• Product Disclaimer: Our meals are prepared fresh and are intended to be consumed within a specified period as indicated on the packaging. Customers are responsible for checking the expiration dates and consuming the meals within the recommended timeframe.

• Indemnification: By placing an order with Dear Diet Delivery Inc., the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dear Diet Delivery Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or consumption of our products.
